Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree, how lovely are your green leaves!
Hoping you all are having a fantabulous December so far. I have been busy working for the most part. Trying to make a living while living. Haha!
I recently made these super cute trees and thought I would share them with you. They really turned out to be super cute!
So I visited my local discount store which is called Dirt Cheap in Picayune, MS, where I am from. It is a great place to find a bargain most of the time as you still need to be careful what you buy for not all things are a “real” bargain.
I found this really cute Christmas garland and thought they would make a cute tree. So as you can see in my photo, I needed a stereo-foam cone which I purchased at Hobby Lobby. You can find these in the floral section of your local craft store.
I also needed, scissors, glue gun, glue for my gun, wooden finial and some twine.
I began by gluing the garland to the top of the foam cone and worked my way down.
Once I finished gluing my tree, I decided to stain the wooden finial I purchased from Hobby Lobby.
Lastly, I attached the finial to the tree and wrapped twine for a more finished look.
Here is the finished product adorning my fireplace! I just love them. They were so easy to make.
Send me a comment and let me know if you made one too!
Hugs and Love,
